Terms of Service
Weekly Delivery, Pick-up , and Catering Service Map
Before submitting payment please review our local delivery schedule and map. If you do not see your city or having a sweet emergency please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Weekly Drops will be Delivered/Picked-up Sunday, between 10 AM - 5 PM PST .
In the event that we are sold out for the week our online ordering will reset every Monday at 10:00 am PST. If you submit a payment and we cannot fulfill an order due to availability or being sold out we will contact you via email or text. Customers will have the option to receive a full refund or postpone delivery date, whichever agreed on.

Delivery and Pick-up
All food product sales are final.
We generally require a 48 hour lead time but occasionally, orders can be accommodated sooner so please reach and Same Grace will see what we can do! We will do our best to accommodate a change of delivery date after 48 hour notice but no guarantees your new date will be available. If your order is postponed or you would like to postpone an order within 48 hours of the due date for another date it must be rescheduled within one year of the initial payment date. After the year all credit is forfeited. We will send order confirmations and follow-up if we have any questions.
If a customer or agent receiving baked goods is not available after Same Grace attempts to call or text 10 minutes after the agreed date and time, Same Grace will leave. The customer or agent receiving baked goods may request to pick-up on the same day but there is no guarantee. This policy is in place so we can preform our scheduled deliveries on time to other costumers. All funds will be forfeited and products will be donated if we are not able to contact or reschedule. We try our best to give Grace to all customers. Quantity disputes must be made prior to Same Grace or customer leaving location.
Self-Pickup: Once the customer or their agent accepts the baked goods, Same Grace is no longer liable for damages. Customer or their agent are responsible for providing a flat surface (like an table on level surface or vehicle floorboard)
Delivery: All orders are assumed to be contactless delivery unless the customer and Same Grace otherwise discuss receiving baked goods at a specified time in hand or through pick-up. We will contact you when we are in route to the delivery address. Once delivery is timestamped, it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the items are retrieved promptly and stored according to product care provided by the Seller. It is important that items are retrieved promptly to avoid any spoilage, damage, melting, pest interference, or deterioration that occurs after the delivery confirmation timestamp.
Product care
We bake our goods fresh. Once items are received we suggest keeping baked goods in a cool area promptly and consuming biscuits within 3 days and our cookies 5 days in an airtight container. If you have any questions please let us know.
Packaging and Product Variations
Product packaging, ribbons, stickers, boxes, and presentation materials may be subject to variation based on seasonal availability, order quantity, and supply chain constraints. While we strive to match the display pictures and descriptions as closely as possible, Same Grace reserves the right to substitute packaging of equal or greater quality without prior notice. Furthermore, variations in color, size, and design may occur as each baked good is uniquely handcrafted
Catering Service
Upon delivery of baked goods a customer or customer agent receiving items is responsible for providing a solid surface for catering events.
Catering Quantity and Flavor Disputes- Any quantity disputes must happen upon receiving items and Same Grace leaves the location and signing
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Orders cancelled before 48 hours of the due date will result in no refund, only the option to postpone the order. Same Grace reserves the right to not offer a refund or to postpone orders made under 48 hours of the due date.
Orders not picked up on the due date will be donated and NO refund or replacement given. Grace may be given but not guaranteed.
Methods of Payment
We accept most “tap to pay” cellphone platforms, square, and credit cards. When we are attending a vendor event such as but not limited to a farmers market or pop-up event in addition to the names payment methods we will take cash. Credit card payments may be placed over the phone, via invoice, or website if needed.
Booking Policies
Same Grace requires full payment at the time of booking. Any communication about your proposed order is only an inquiry until payment is rendered. Please have your order placed with payment as early as possible. We cannot take orders past that capacity due to the quality of work we strive for. We may be all the way booked before your final acceptance and payment. If you have inquired about an order, but did not secure with your payment date by the time our weekly limit is reached you may not be able to book our service.
Order Changes
Changes in product and order placement may result in an increased balance due. Any changes done under 48 hours of due date that result in a decrease of cost will not be refunded and will only be credited to your next order. Consultations are subject to potential schedule availability and fees. Order changes can only be made by the person who placed the initial order. Exceptions may apply.
Balances Due
Although our policy is that orders are paid in full at the time of booking, special circumstances may arise in which a balance is due after the initial payment. Any additional balance will be discussed with the customer and approved prior to being added. This payment can be made at the time of approval or if Same Grace agrees, the remaining balance can be paid at the time of pick up. No order will be allowed to leave or be dropped off without payment in full for the original balance and any additional balances added after the initial price quote.
Dietary Preferences
MADE IN Cottage Food operated and license business. These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection. We attempt to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. Though best practices are used in the manufacturing of our baked goods, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. Customers should exercise judgment in consuming our products, especially if it is a life-threatening condition.
Photo Release
We reserve the right to take and use our own photos of your products to use for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation to you. We may also request photographs from your photographer for catering order for the same purpose. All pictures that we are tagged in or posted to our social media accounts are subject to the same terms.
Artistry
We at Same Grace strive to create products that are exactly the same flavors, fillings, decorations, sizes, shapes and colors you have requested, the final product may be subject to slight variations and/or errors by the creator(s). We will not guarantee to match colors or duplicate an item exactly. We hold all final say in decisions regarding the creation of our products.
